These terms govern your use of the Lecty platform (lecty.app), operated by Noah Garbe, Erlachgasse 14/33, 1100 Vienna, Austria. By creating an account you agree to them.
Lecty is a private, non-commercial reading platform for discovering books, writing reviews and talking about them in book clubs. No goods or services are sold.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account. Your password must be at least 8 characters long. If you suspect your account has been misused, please contact hello@lecty.app.
You agree not to use Lecty for unlawful content, harassment or spam, or to attempt to compromise other accounts or the platform itself. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
You are responsible for the content you create (reviews, discussion posts and so on). By posting it you grant Lecty the right to display that content on the platform. You can delete your content at any time.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive or offensive content. You can report any content and any user through the report function in the app, and you can block users. We review reported content and remove violations normally within 24 hours; abusive users are banned.

Lecty is provided as is. We accept no liability for data loss, outages or damages arising from its use. Availability of the platform cannot be guaranteed.
We may change these terms. Significant changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
